PLEASE NOTE - items from our 'Perfectly Imperfect' collections are NON-RETURNABLE.
We do not accept exchanges for error in order placement or damage once the product has been delivered (unless a safety issue arises). THIS IS DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR BUSINESS, AS ALL ITEMS ARE HAND POURED FRESH AND MADE TO ORDER,
We will exchange like for like [dependent on stock levels / exchange times may vary – if unavailable an alternative will be offered], for any products that have been damaged in transit since leaving us and also for any products you may believe are simply faulty (once full investigation has taken place), we will be happy to assist with an Exchange, basis the return (costs covered by sender) to ourselves.
Please note, if you request an Exchange, your product must be returned to us, unused and in the original packaging. We do not cover cost of return, but will pay the cost of the exchange to be shipped back to you. Without return of the faulty item, we cannot exchange your order.
ALL of our products are hand crafted and will be different in characteristics to another – it’s what gives it, its own personality!

Returns & Exchanges to SCC must be sent back to us within 14 calendar days, or we will be unable to progress with your request.
PLEASE RETAIN PROOF OF POSTAGE/RETURN as we are not responsible for any items you issue back to us and if not received, we cannot issue you a refund or exchange.
